Skateboarding is a profitable activity..for others
I couldn't skate today because I was in classes until 5:30. Dioren though recieved a love letter from the DC Gov about unpaid skateboarding tickets. Here is a link to the ticket. Dioren scanned it in excitement once he got it. Also, in a few days I will be able to tell you if Allen, Ian, and I will be in full possession of gold rail.
It has been a while since I did an update. I am back at school now and my schedule for this semester is pretty mcuh terrible for skating which has kept me in during the week. Here is a clip of scott,brendan, and nick messing around on a wallride from winter break.
George came into town over the weekened to try and get some footage. Specifically, he wanted to film a hurricane on something and we ended up driving around the city all yesterday looking for hurricanes. Here is one he got pretty easily.

I skated the alexandria/arlington area today with Ben Graham. We mainly ended up just driving around looking at spots and ended up making some stuff skateable. Here are a few tricks we filmed at the alexandria park.
Everyone knows Manny Law falls a ton and I am pretty sure he likes it too. Here is a clip of some falls he took today while trying to film various tricks. Notice at the end how his back is as red as a cherry.
I didn't go out skating today but smalls did and managed to come up with a pretty nice clip. I think this is his entry for skateperceptions single spot contest(worst site ever,sorry if i offend anyone). But yea it is sick and anyone who is registered on that site should go vote for it. We went downtown yesterday and had an undercover park car show up within the first 10 minutes of being there so we decided to head to alexandria skate park for the day. Here is a triple threat part dioren filmed and edited of Joey Dwyer, Nick Duclos and I. Notice how joeys arm is in the same position all the time, hes got a torn ligament in his shoulder or something.
A few months ago, AJ Litwin was sticking big flips down adams morgan. Lately, everyone(mostly luvi,george, and i) have been trying to get him to go back and finish his unfinished business. What I think most people don't know is he also has another trick to land there. Here is a clip of a bs 360 attempt from the same day. Maybe people should start hassling him about going back for that one too.
The other night we had a pretty sick sesh at shaw. We tilted the box at an angle so you could grind and than pop into it. I was too busy skating it though so I didn't film anything there but here is a clip from the other night. Also theforgottencity.com's format got changed and its pretty sick. Check it out.
We were out till around 3ish last night filming. Pulled 13 hours in the city total in one day. George had a little bit of a distraction at the CVS rail. A lady and man got in a huge fight pretty much right next to the spot after coming out of a bar. Here is some footage from last night.
